The exercises described here are divided into 3 parts and often referred to as The Triflex.


It does not really matter where you start in this triangle as each exercise leads on to the other. The important thing is to practice the exercises at every opportunity. As a minimum, identify half an hour of your time each week on a set day to go through these exercises, but the more you practice, the more you will gain. Fill in the Support ACT exercise sheet before you start to help clarify your goals. Your goals may change as you progress.
